Lend Lease Real Estate Partners (LLREP) Series

 The Lend Lease Real Estate Partners Series (LLREP) of funds operate as closed-ended, unlisted wholesale property funds. Three LLREP funds have been launched to date.
LLREP1 realised its final asset in 2006.
LLREP2 was established in 2004. The fund currently holds assets across commercial and hotel sectors, targeting value-add returns.
Established in late 2009, LLREP3 will have a fund life of six years. The fund will invest in sub-regional shopping centres and commercial assets throughout Australia, targeting enhanced returns.
