 The Lend Lease Overgate Partnership (LLOP) comprises a closed-ended, unlisted wholesale Limited Partnership which owns 100% of Overgate Shopping Centre in Dundee, Scotland.
Lend Lease provides development, asset and property management services to LLOP. The ability to leverage the specialist development, asset and property management teams from within Lend Lease is a major contributor to the high performance of the Fund.
The minimum investment in LLOP is £100,000.
