In addition to Lend Lease Retail Partnership and Lend Lease Overgate Partnership, Lend Lease holds a number of direct investments in a variety of properties and partnerships in the UK and Europe including:

 | A 30% direct investment in Bluewater, Kent, England. |

 | A 75% interest in the Chelmsford Meadows Unit Trust which invests in the Meadows Shopping Centre in Chelmsford, Essex, England.

Lend Lease Real Estate Investments Limited, a UK registered company, has assumed the role of operator of the Partnership.

Lend Lease Retail (LLR) manages the Centre which consists of approximately 40 retailers. |

 | A 50% direct investment in the Warrington Retail Limited Partnership which owns the Golden Square Shopping Centre in Warrington, England.

A major redevelopment of the Centre was completed in May 2007 using Bovis Lend Lease as the main contractor. The redevelopment doubled the size of the Centre to 675,000sqft. LLR managed the development and is now the asset and property manager. |

 | A 33% interest in the Performance Retail Limited Partnership.

Assets owned by the Partnership include the Arndale Centre in Eastbourne, England which comprises 390,000sqft of retail space. LLR is the development manager for the Partnership. |
